We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they are faulty. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
We will accept only the same Item size exchange subject to availability. The buyer is responsible for return costs, the item(s) must be in original condition.
If a garment arrives faulty, we put it right and cover return postage.
